The Cocatoo Grove olives are harvested and cold-pressed at the Grove, in under 4 hours from picking, to ensure full flavour and nutritional value, resulting in premium quality 100% Australian extra virgin olive oil, rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
The Grove itself was estiblished by ken Dugan in 1996 with 25,000 trees of Italian, Spanish and Israeli origin, predominantly using Frantoio, Correggiola and Picual olives. These varieties were specifically chosen for thier fine oil and consistency in porducing quality extra virgin olive oil.
